The foundation of all coaching is the increasing of one’s self-awareness. I focus on helping you better understand who you are and how you show up; identify your unique strengths, skills, and desires; and then get ever more clear about what you want and why it’s important to you.
Building greater self-awareness is like learning your personal operating system – how you are uniquely ‘wired’ to succeed. Working with this more complete, personalized information, you will find it easier to consider possibilities from a fresh perspective, and open to making more empowered decisions with which you feel confident and comfortable.
From there, you create your plan to make the changes you’ve identified as relevant and meaningful to achieving your objectives. I support you in creating the actions, structures and supports that make following through and thus attaining your goals intuitive and do-able for you.
